In the first few months of starting and running Canyon Coffee, we realized something: a lot of coffee-lovers can't handle caffeine!
We want everyone to be able to enjoy the coziness and warmth of brewing their own coffee at home. So we decided to introduce our own DECAF COFFEE!
We reach out to Swiss Water, who's decaffeinated coffee process is renowned as the highest quality in the industry. Through the elements of water, temperature, and time, they are able to remove 99.9% of caffeine from our green coffee beans, preserving the quality and flavor without the use of any synthetic chemicals. In choosing our first decaf bean, we thought: What better way to start than with our favorite bean? The Guatemalan coffee that started it all: Chochajau.
This isn't your regular decaf coffee. This is a top quality Certified Organic bean, grown and hand-picked on a small, 80 acre farm in the highlands of Guatemala. Its caffeine has been removed with great attention to detail to preserve the great taste of the coffee.
