We are so excited to release the newest addition to the Canyon family: Limu Kosa, Ethiopia. This coffee was one of our two favorites in a series of blind cuppings we did, tasting seasonal beans from all over the world (the other bean will be released in the New Year!).
We taste caramel, peaches and molasses.
Limu Kosa comes from a family-owned farm that has been growing coffee for over 40 years. The beans were grown at an altitude between 1800-2200 meters. Process: washed. Certifications: organic.
