Our second bean, the organic Tatama comes from a small town in central Colombia nestled between three natural parks.
It brings that same sweet and smooth body that made us fall in love with our first bean, Chochajau. Only instead of chocolate, Tatama gives us notes of brown sugar and plum!
ABOUT: Tatama is produced by the Asociacion de Cultivadores de Apia in Colombia. The group was founded in 2005 and includes 450 members who, together, cultivate a little under 5,000 acres. Apia's location in the middle of three natural parks contributes largely to its having the second-highest bird diversity in Colombia.
