We specialize in certified organic and regenerative coffees, which we roast by hand in Los Angeles with a deliberate focus on consistency and detail. Our blends emphasize balance, versatility, and quality; meant to meet you where you are, and fit naturally into your daily rhythm.
Our Story
Canyon was founded in 2016 by Ally Walsh and Casey Wojtalewicz, inspired by the ritual coffee adds to life and how it naturally creates space for connection.
What started as neighborhood pop-ups and a handful of friends has organically grown into coffees served in cafés and homes across the country, as well as our own Echo Park shop. Across it all, our focus has remained the same: great coffee, shared simply, as part of the moments we hold onto.

Every Canyon coffee begins with beans sourced from producers we know and trust. We roast our coffees at our dedicated facility in Los Angeles, where we pack and fold each bag by hand. From customer service to local wholesale deliveries, we manage everything ourselves to keep our process consistent from start to finish.
