Each season our head-roaster will select one of our single-origin coffees to highlight, giving you an opportunity to try a range of coffee flavors and origins. Like produce, coffee has seasons in which the flavor is at its peak, and this subscription is designed to do exactly that.
Our roaster will carefully choose the featured coffee to showcase the best of the moment, which means over the course of a year subscribers will try 7-9 coffees.

Just in, a special seasonal coffee: Danche Chelbesa community in Gedeb. One of our favorite Ethiopian single origins is back, this time with even more pronounced flavor (a byproduct of the anaerobic red honey process).
Produced by SNAP Coffee, we taste: blackberry, lemongrass & orange blossom.

Our Roaster's Choice subscription is offered in a range of frequencies, so you can choose what works best for you. We're pretty hands-on with our coffee subscription—it's not all algorithms and programming. So if you ever want to change up your coffee or delivery schedule, all you need to do is shoot us a message and we'll change it up for you!
Over the years, we've honed in on a tried-and-true medium-coarse grind setting that works well for a range of home-brewing methods, including pour-overs, coffee machines, and french press. With this grind setting, you have the power to adjust the flavor of your coffee through your coffee to water ratio and water temperature. Feel free to email us with questions or for brewing help!
