Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Orders are processed in 1-3 business days. Once processed you will receive your order within 3-10 business days.
All orders received after 2pm EST will be processed the following day, this is inclusive of overnight orders. Weekend delivery is not available. Please note we do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive your package within 3-10 business days.
Please be sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.

Please reach out to customer service if you need to modify your order and we will do our best to accommodate your change depending on your order’s status. Should you need to cancel your order, please contact us via email with your order number. Please note orders can not be canceled once they are processed for shipment.

Domestic orders require a verified U.S. billing address, we are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses, and we do not ship to freight forwarder addresses. Canyon Coffee reserves the right to cancel orders that do not meet these conditions.
We currently do not offer expedited shipping at this time. *Duties & taxes are set by the customs authorities of the destination country. We estimate the value to be between 25-40% of the amount paid for the item(s) ordered. The carrier will contact you directly requesting payment upon your order's arrival through customs, Apiece Apart is not responsible for these charges.
We do not accept returns for any purchases of coffee, regardless of whether the package is unused or used. However, if your coffee order arrives damaged or unsatisfactory in any manner, we will either provide you with a full refund or send you a replacement coffee order.
Merchandise and Equipment
We will accept returns for any unused merchandise (including clothing) and equipment for two weeks (fourteen days) after the day you received your order! In addition, we will accept returns for defective or damaged Merchandise and Equipment for fourteen days after the date on which you received your order.
2. Requesting a Return
To request a return please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. A $9 return shipping and handling fee will be deduced from all returns processed.
4. Return Shipping
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, a $9 return shipping fee willl be deducted from your refund.
