Thanks for shopping at Canyon Coffee! If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help :)

 

1. Returns

Coffee Orders
We do not accept returns for any purchases of coffee, regardless of whether the package is unused or used. However, if your coffee order arrives damaged or unsatisfactory in any manner, we will either provide you with a full refund or send you a replacement coffee order. 
 
Merchandise and Equipment
We will accept returns for any unused merchandise (including clothing) and equipment for two weeks (fourteen days) after the day you received your order! In addition, we will accept returns for defective or damaged Merchandise and Equipment for fourteen days after the date on which you received your order.
 

2. Return, Exchange, and Refund Requirements

Subject to the above, in order to request a refund, exchange, or return, please send an e-mail to hello@canyoncoffee.co with the following information:
  1. your order number
  2. whether or not the package was opened;
  3. whether you want to exchange the item or request a refund;
  4. the reason for your return or exchange; and
  5. If the reason for the return is due to damage or defectiveness upon arrival, pictures of the box the item arrived in, how it was packaged, and the product!

 

3. Refund

If a refund is being requested for an order of coffee—after fulfilling the requirements in section 2—we will inspect the request and provide you with notice that your request has been processed and immediately issue a refund thereafter!
If the request doesn't validate the terms we laid out, we will provide you with notification immediately on why a refund will not be issued.
If a refund is being requested for a subscription of a predetermined length, then we will only refund an amount equal to the number of shipments that we have shipped out.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
 

4. Shipping

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Exchange Shipping: If the product is to be exchanged or replaced, We’ll ship you the exchange product you requested as quickly as possible on our bill, with a prepaid return label to return the item.
