Suke Qutocomes from Guji, Ethiopia, where 21 smallholder farmers bring their harvest each season. Farmers in the area rely on long-standing methods, intercropping coffee with food crops to make thoughtful use of their land.

Over the years, we've honed in on a tried-and-true medium-coarse grind setting that works well for a range of home-brewing methods, including pour overs, coffee machines and french press. With this grind setting, you have the power to adjust the flavor of your coffee through your coffee to water ratio and water temperature.

We recommend brewing this coffee as a pour-over: a V60 or Chemex lets its floral notes and bright acidity really open up.
