RECIPE — Golden Latte

This warm and aromatic blend of turmeric, cinnamon, and Japanese brown sugar, paired with smooth, frothy milk, offers the perfect balance of spice and sweetness.

What you'll need — 

  • Medium pot 
  • Tablespoon
  • Scale
  • Blender or whisk for syrup

Ingredients — 

Instructions  —

FOR THE GOLDEN SYRUP

1. In a medium pot, combine brown sugar and water and heat on medium to dissolve.

2. Add masala powder to syrup. Blend or whisk to combine well. 

3. Store syrup into a jar, store cold. Set aside.


FOR THE DRINK PREPARATION

1. Make one serving of espresso, pour into desired mug.

2. Add 1-2 tbsp prepared golden syrup.

3. Serve with steamed milk and a finishing dash of cinnamon.

4. Enjoy your golden latte.
