About a week after we selling our first bag of Canyon, we were asked to set up a mobile coffee shop at one of our favorite outdoor markets of the year—Mercado Sagrado. As the organizers were expected upwards of 3,000 people over the weekend, we knew we were going to need more than a french press and V-60 to meet demand! So we teamed up with June Haupt, a barista and owner of the Welcome Coffee Cart of Santa Barbara, CA. 

We drove up to Santa Barbara before the event to hang out with June, pull some espresso, and work on the recipe for Moon Dust Lattes—our collaboration with Moon Juice.
