Each season our head-roaster will select one of our single-origin coffees to highlight, giving you an opportunity to try a range of coffee flavors and origins. Like produce, coffee has seasons in which the flavor is at its peak, and this subscription is designed to do exactly that.
Our roaster will carefully choose the featured coffee to showcase the best of the moment, which means over the course of a year subscribers will try 7-9 coffees.
THIS SEASON'S COFFEE: Banko Chelchele
Just in, a special seasonal coffee: Banko Chelchele community in Gedeb. This one of our new, favorite Ethiopian single origins.
This is our first coffee grown by small producers in the Banko Chelchele community. A deliciously clean cup, it showcases a distinct terroir despite being just a few miles away from Danche Chelbesa.

Over the years, we've honed in on a tried-and-true medium-coarse grind setting that works well for a range of home-brewing methods, including pour-overs, coffee machines, and french press. With this grind setting, you have the power to adjust the flavor of your coffee through your coffee to water ratio and water temperature. Feel free to email us with questions or for brewing help!
