Terra Coffee is an organized group of relatives and neighbors all growing and processing coffee in the Huila region of Colombia. To process this coffee, they first fermented the cherry for 48 hours in a hopper, directly post-harvest. Then it was moved to tanks for another 48 hours of fermentation. Finally it was sun-dried for 12 to 15 days.
