Just in: Gesha coffee from Colombia. This coffee is celebrated for its unique and complex taste, often featuring floral, jasmine-like notes with a vibrant acidity and a silky, tea-like body.
Following harvest, coffee cherries undergo anaerobic fermentation for 72 hours. After they've dried, they're dispersed and allowed to sit for three months to stabilize, before being depulped and dried. The process unlocks incredible flavors.
Enjoy this special coffee before it's gone!
Originally discovered in Ethiopia, Gesha coffees are celebrated for their distinctive floral and complex fruit flavors — often likened to jasmine, bergamot, and tropical fruits. This special release, grown by Willington Gutierrez in Tolima, Colombia, showcases this unique variety's flavor profile through two processing methods — washed and natural.
This rare coffee offers a unique tasting experience that distinguishes it from other coffees, due to its delicate aroma and vibrant taste. We're very proud to have a small amount of these special coffees, and to share the beautiful work of Willington with the world.
