<p>Coming from the Cajamarca region of Peru, this coffee was grown under the supervision of Eber Tocto and his brothers (known as the Tocto brothers), who took over operations of Finca Churupampa from their parents.</p> <p>The Tocto brothers have become known in the region as a leading example of growing coffee in both an environmental conscious and economically efficient way. With their QC team sampling over 4,000 cups a year, their commitment to improving their practices has not wavered.
